Commitment to quality
From the outset, a commitment to quality has been firmly embedded in our core philosophy. Quality counts at all levels, from the way in which we communicate with our clients – frequently and professionally – to the way in which we manage our internal production processes, our staff training, client reporting, work delivery and service structure.
As a member of the PRCA, and with many of our staff being members of professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing or the Chartered Institute of Professional Development, we are bound by several codes of conduct.
In addition, we are independently accredited to the CMS standard, which was launched by the PRCA in 1998 and combines the best elements of ISO9001 and Investors In People. This provides us with a clear structure around which our core business processes revolve, helps us with staff development and training, and gives each client the assurance that we adopt best-practice, backed by a commitment to excellence.

We are a supporter of the PRCA intern campaign, to ensure that all interns receive a fair remuneration, along with appropriate skills development.
We also invest heavily in ongoing staff straining, using a combination of internal and external courses to build skills and experiences, and were previously accredited as an Investor in People, with our Managing Director, Nick Brooks, being an IiP Assessor.
