Quality counts at all levels, from the way in which we communicate with our clients – frequently and professionally – to the way in which we manage our internal production processes, our staff training, client reporting, work delivery and service structure.

BMC_LogoAs a member of the PRCA (Public Relations Consultants Association) and the BMC (Business Marketing Collective) and with many of our staff being members of professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing or the Chartered Institute of Professional Development, we are bound by several codes of conduct.

PRCA CMSIn addition, we are independently accredited to the PRCA Communications Management Standard (CMS).  This is the hallmark of PR excellence and combines elements of ISO9001 and Investors in People with criteria specific to a PR consultancy.  The standard was first introduced in 1998, and has since been updated for the modern workplace in 2005 and again in 2012.

We have been accredited to CMS for almost 10 years.  It provides us with a clear structure around which our core business processes revolve, helping with staff development and training, while giving every client the assurance that we adopt best-practice, backed by a commitment to excellence.

We are also a supporter of the PRCA intern campaign, to ensure that all interns receive a fair remuneration, along with appropriate skills development.

We also invest heavily in ongoing staff straining, using a combination of internal and external courses to build skills and experiences, have been accredited as an Investor in People, with our Managing Director, Nick Brooks, formerly being an IiP Assessor.
