National Manufacturing Debate

4CM sponsors National Manufacturing Debate

The National Manufacturing Debate is an annual event, taking place this year at Cranfield University in Milton Keynes on May 23rd.  It brings together manufacturing professionals from around the UK, to discuss the challenges facing our industrial base, and to discuss strategies and ideas that will keep UK manufacturing strong on the global stage.

We’re joining the event as one of the main sponsors and are looking forward to the opportunity to network with senior business leaders, engineers and leading academics that specialise in industrial strategy.

There’s a number of high profile keynote speakers, including Richard Harrington MP, Minister for Business and Industry; Anna Keeling, Senior VP Business Transformation, GKN Aerospace; and Dr Clive Hickman, CEO of the Manufacturing Technology Centre.

The event will also include debates focussing on the factors affecting UK manufacturing growth, including the importance of the UK Industrial Strategy.

Attendance is free and you can register here: National Manufacturing Debate 2018
